Fee

The visitor entrance fee will entail 155 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant with the following function:

Executive management, strategic marketing and business development, senior management in purchasing and ICT of:

  • Publishers
  • Distributors
  • Book shops
  • Hardware suppliers / vendors
  • IT / Telecom / CE retail and e-tailer
  • (telecom) Operators / Internet Service Providers
  • System integrators
  • Value Added Resellers
  • Content aggregators
  • Consultants
  • Governmental authorities
  • Professional users (education, corporate organisations, health care etc.)

The visitor entrance fee will entail 395 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant with the following function :

  • Consultants: Consulting Engineers, IT Consultants, Infrastructure Consultants
  • ICT company
  • Sales/Account Manager
  • Marketing

The visitor entrance fee will entail 125 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant for media partner invitees.

The visitor entrance fee will entail 125 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant for Bibnet members.

The visitor entrance fee will entail 95 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant for boek.be members.

 

The fee includes coffee breaks, sandwicheslunch, closing cocktail, documents and copies of speakers' papers and is payable online with credit card or upon receipt of the invoice.

All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21 %.

Note that the registration fee has to be paid before the day of the Congress.
 
Cancellations

Must be received in writing before 1 June 2010 and will be subject to an administrative charge
of 65 EUR (+ VAT 21%). No refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date.

Substitutions may be made at any time.
