Fee

The visitor entrance fee will entail 165 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant with the following function:

  • Networking managers
  • IT managers
  • IT directors
  • Infrastructure managers
  • CIOs
  • Finanace directors
  • HR
  • Government

Free Third Person promotion - Only for this target group

If your organisation has registered two paid participants, a third person can participate free of charge.
Contact us at info@tmab.be in order to confirm the name and details of the third person.

The visitor entrance fee will entail 395 EUR (excl. VAT) per participant with the following function :

  • Consultants: Consulting Engineers, IT Consultants, Infrastructure Consultants
  • ICT company
  • Sales/Account Manager
  • Marketing

The fee includes coffee breaks, sandwicheslunch, closing cocktail, documents and copies of speakers' papers and is payable online with credit card or upon receipt of the invoice.

All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21 %.

Note that the registration fee has to be paid before the day of the Congress.

 
Cancellations

Must be received in writing before 18 April 2010 and will be subject to an administrative charge
of 65 EUR (+ VAT 21%). No refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date.
Substitutions may be made at any time.

 
Language

All presentations and showings will be given in ENGLISH
