FEE

The visitor entrance fee will entail 95 EUR (excl. VAT) for professionals in the non-profit sector

The visitor entrance fee will entail 395 EUR (excl. VAT) for professionals in the profit sector

The fee includes coffee breaks, sandwicheslunch, closing cocktail, documents and copies of speakers' papers and is payable online with credit card or upon receipt of the invoice.

All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21 %.

Note that the registration fee has to be paid before the day of the Congress.

CANCELLATIONS

Must be received in writing before November 15th 2010 and will be subject to an administrative charge
of 65 EUR (+ VAT 21%). No refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date.
Substitutions may be made at any time.

LANGUAGE

All presentations and showings will be given in ENGLISH
